An event to celebrate the work of the MA students linked to the Centre for Critical Studies in Museums, Galleries and Heritage.

Sheppard Room
Treasures Gallery
Parkinson Building, University of Leeds

We would like to invite you to join us to us for an event of celebration and thanks. The event is to celebrate the student projects, placement experiences and dissertation research of our MA in Art Gallery and Museum Studies and the MA in Arts Management and Heritage Studies students.

The event is also to extend the warmest thanks to all of the people in our partner art gallery, museums and heritage organizations who make our students’ successes possible through their contributions to our placement programme and teaching.

‘Many interpretations, many trajectories’ will start with presentations in the Sheppard Room in the Treasures Gallery at 5pm. The Treasures Gallery can be accessed from the Parkinson Court in the Parkinson Building. Here we will hear from graduating students who have completed their MA dissertations or reports on their placements with local art galleries and museums.

Following this, we will move to the Treasures Gallery itself and the Stanley and Audrey Burton Gallery to see this year’s students exhibitions and projects. This will be followed by a wine reception with mince pies in the Parkinson Court.

Directions can be found here on the interactive campus map.

If you are interested and able to come, please RSVP to Helen Graham, h.graham@leeds.ac.uk
