The Home is an exhibition charting the developments of the home through the 19th and 20th centuries.

Through these object encounters, we can understand how the ‘home’ has changed through time and how different ideas have brought us to the present day.

This exhibition is curated by MA students from the University of Leeds and showcases artefacts from the Smithsonian collections.

Come and discover objects of the home from times gone by and reflect on how we live today!
