ReVisioning the Brontës

Organised by Nick Cass whilst a Research Associate in the School, Revisioning the Brontës sought to examine the contribution made by creative reintepretations of the lives of the Brontës and their works as part of his doctoral research.

The different strands included two exhibitions Wildness Between Lines (Leeds College of Art, 14 December 2012 – 2 February 2013 and Visions of Angria, (The Stanley & Audrey Burton Gallery, 7 January – 23 February 2013), in addition to a conference ‘ReVisioning the Brontës (University of Leeds, 
Tuesday 29th January 2013).
